In case of non-refundable
We do not accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
- If you contact SHA256 more than 8 days after receiving the product.
- Returns/exchanges due to personal reasons from the customer (such as incorrect size).
- The item has been used, has been washed, or has other obvious signs of use.
- If the product's original packaging or tags are damaged or missing.
- Due to differences in device display, the color of the product image may differ slightly from the actual color, but this is not considered a defect in the product.
